A:hiSoft began operations in November of 1996 as Haihui Dalian.

A:hiSoft is a leading China-based provider of outsourced information technology and research and development services headquartered in Dalian, China. We have nine delivery centers of which eight are in China, located in the cities of Beijing, Chengdu, Dalian, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Wuxi and Xi’an, and one in Singapore.

hiSoft provides its services to leading companies around the world through a combination of onshore and offshore delivery capabilities. We seek to leverage our skilled technology specialists and client-centric delivery centers to offer customers reliable and high-quality technology solutions.

Our two service lines consist of IT services and research and development services. Our IT services include application development, testing and maintenance services for custom applications as well as implementation and support services for packaged software. Our research and development services include software and hardware testing as well as software globalization services.

A:On June 30, 2010, hiSoft announced that its initial public offering of 7,400,000 American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”), each representing 19 common shares of the Company, was priced at $10.00 per ADS.
