Emir-Oil has three production contracts for the Aksaz, Dolinnoe and Kariman producing oil fields, plus an exploration contract that covers Emir oilfield and the rent of the 850 km2 ADEK exploration contract area. As of December 31st, 2011, It has a proven reserve of 27.01 mmboe, a 2P of 60.54 mmboe and a 3P of 79.03 mmboe. For natural gas, it has a proved reserve of 29.343 billion cubic feet, a 2P of 63.34 billion cubic feet and a 3P of 93.424 billion cubic feet.

The average daily oil and gas equivalent of Emir-Oil was approximately 3,383 barrels in 2011. The annual oil and gas equivalent in 2010 and 2011 exceeded 1 million barrels separately.
